Rich Evans (Red Letter Media) vs. Matt Hannon (Samurai Cop) - BSFC 18: Beast of the Worst, Round 1

Are you ready? This spring Rich Evans from Red Letter Media is not just Mr. Plinkett from Half in a Bag, but because he saw too many bad movies in The Best of the Worst a fighting fury took over him and took him into the ring to fight and destroy those who are characters in some of the worst, so bad it's good, unintentionally funny martial arts and action b-movies of all time. Will Rich "Beast of the Worst" Evans succeed in this mad quest of badass? Will he win this crazy and mysterious Bacalhau Spirit Fighting Championship? His quest starts here in Round 1 of BSFC 18 where he fights Matt Hannon from the awfully funny Samurai Cop movie.

"A samurai cop and his side-kick go after the Yakuza."

When Japanese organized crime imbeds itself within LA, the police turn to one man to take down the deadly Yakuza -- Maniac Cop himself, Robert Z'Dar as Japanese authority and martial artist Joe Marshall, aka "The Samurai." With his fearless swagger and rock hard jaw, The Samurai tears a two-fisted hole through the mob and doesn't stop until the job is done. The director Amir Shervan preceded Samurai Cop by the cheap video classic Hollywood Cop in 1988. ~ Jeremy Wheeler, Rovi
